In Mumbai slang, “-giri” is used synonymous to “-ism” in English. “Dagagiri” subtly plays with, and is often (rightly) confused with “dadagiri” which suggests bossing around. However, originally, it is only meant to describe a set of ideas by the author, whose title remains “Daga.”
