don't they know, that when we light our buildings so bright...and specially when light is directed towards sky...many migratory birds loose their way in thousands as they arnt able to see stars...and it results in them dying...
I am just wondering at least them being a hospital or an institution could have avoided such thing...
This is why i hate use of electric lighting in Diwali and instead use the oil lamps...
